We assess the client’s history and lifestyle as well as movement patterns, exercise, stress, diet and environmental factors.
Praxis Health and Wellness values prevention. This is achieved by educating the client to situations that can be harmful to a person’s health and wellbeing. We believe we are all different and need to discover individualised approaches for each and every client as opposed to just treating a symptom or “common” diagnosis.

A big thanks to you Kobe for the treatment performed on me today, cupping, dry needling and Gaston. My calf muscles were so tight as well as pain in my heel and foot. After the treatment I could feel the tightness in my calves was reduced dramatically, after only one treatment. Looking forward to more sessions, as a preventative. Just what I needed @praxishealthandwellness. Thanks Kobe for today you is a legend. Even if I did want to punch you once or twice. I have been having issues with my neck since my accident in Jan 2018 and the insurance company won’t approve any treatments as they think its all in my head and need counselling. They also don’t approve alternative therapies, as there is a quote ‘no scientific evidence supporting the treatment’. I call bullshit as this is the best treatment I have EVER had. As tight muscles don’t show on a MRI then apparently nothing is wrong so no further treatment. Thanks NRMA…. You guys suck!!

I’ve had shoulder mobility issues for as long as I can remember. Went and saw Kobe and the results after one treatment are amazing. Looks worse than it is. Still need to spend more time on mobility exercises but can’t thank them enough.

Bro! Excellent results from the session with you. The pain in both shoulders is still completely gone. The niggle has been there in the AC for like 4 months. I’ve trained all muscle groups since Saturday and the body feels great.
